PATENT™ SYMBIONIC TEETH
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

This policy explains when Symbionic Teeth products purchased from Patent Medical AG can be exchanged, credited (credit note), or handled as a complaint (product failure). Important: All requests are processed only after the goods have been returned, received, and inspected by Patent Medical AG.


Expired Symbionic Teeth

  • This applies only to products that are already expired when they are returned.
  • After receipt and inspection in one of our warehouses*, we will issue a credit note for 50% of the product value (net price).


Exchange of Symbionic Teeth

  • Accepted up to 12 months after the purchase date.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after the returned goods have been received and inspected in one of our warehouses*.
  • If all products meet the return requirements, they will be refunded via a credit note
  • The replacement products will then be shipped and offset against the credit note.


General Terms & Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:
    • unopened,
    • in the original, intact packaging, and
    • undamaged (product and packaging).
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer in all cases.
  • Credit notes are not paid out (no cash refund); they can only be use to offset future invoices or invoices not yet due.
  • Shipping costs are not credited and are excluded from any credit note calculation.
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions in this policy will be rejected.
