Personal data we process about you includes:

  • For dental professionals: your name and contact details (for example name, address and email address), information about the company you work for, your position or title, and other basic information;

  • For patients: information forwarded to us by your dental professional on behalf of you or generated by us in the course or providing products and services to them. If you do contact us directly through our Website (and any entrance paths contained therein, e.g. options for newsletter subscriptions, “get in touch”- or “order now”-buttons), we will only register your name, e-mail-address, e-mail-content/request and refer you back to your dental professional to contact us. Should your dental professional contact us, we may match your personal data with the data provided to us from the dental professional;

  • information in relation to materials and communications we may send to you electronically, for example your use of our marketing e-mails;

  • any other information relating to you which you may provide to us.

We collect this information when you interact with us, for example when you communicate with our staff, sign up to receive information by e-mail, or participate at an event, seminar or other event. We may also collect or generate personal data in the course of providing our services, and we may collect personal data from other sources to keep your information up to date using publicly available sources. 

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data:

  • to communicate with you;

  • to provide and improve our services to you and our users, including personal data of others provided to us or collected by us on behalf of our clients, for example processing identification and background information as part of our on-boarding, finance, administration and marketing processes;

4. Use of our website and e-mails

This website uses plugins from the US company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), the operator of YouTube.
