6. Annual Meeting of ISMI
Ceramic Implants - State of the Art
Increasing cases of material intolerance and a growing health awareness on the part of patients worldwide call for biological, sustainably healthy dental implant restorations. The biomimetic Patent™ Implant, whose tissue-level design is based on a natural tooth, is increasingly establishing itself as an integral part of implantology practices worldwide - not least because its long-lasting clinical performance has been uniquely proved by long-term scientific studies. In this pre-congress symposium, Prof. Marcel Wainwright will present a selection of clinical cases that have been restored with Patent™ Implants, taking holistic aspects into account. Special attention will be given to the surgical handling, preparation and prosthetic restoration of the innovative glass fiber post as well as the highly esthetic, healthy soft-tissue conditions around inserted Patent™ Implants. Also addressed will be prospective and retrospective long-term studies related to Patent™ Implants, which have not previously existed in this form and promise to usher in a new era of evidence-based dental implantology. Patent™ - The new standard in dental implantology.
