51. Internationaler Jahreskongress der DGZI
Thema: Universität trifft Praxis
On the 30th of September and the 1st of October, the oldest implantological expert society in Europe – the German Association of Dental Implantology (DGZI) – will host their 51st International Annual Congress in Berlin in Germany. The overriding aim of the congress will be to provide top-notch practical education on the highest level and to bridge the gap between the latest scientific findings and industry innovations, with a view to the integration into the daily clinical practice of the latter.
Unparalleled long-term results
At this prestigious dental training event, Prof. Jürgen Becker and Nicole Rauch from Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf will take the stage to inform the attendees about the long-term results of their prospective 9-year study on two-piece Patent™ Implants. The authors found, among other things, that the marginal bone levels around inserted Patent™ Implants remain stable after nine years of function. It was also found that the soft-tissue conditions around inserted Patent™ Implants remain healthy and stable over the long term, and that none of the implants investigated showed signs of peri-implantitis. In addition, there will be a Patent™ workshop held at the congress in which the attendees will learn how to apply Patent™ Implants in clinical practice in order to ensure long-term successful and sustainably healthy treatment outcomes.
